Refund policy

At Beautybea, customer satisfaction is our priority. We currently ship and sell our products only within India. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and all included components. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products, items with damaged or missing packaging, or products damaged due to improper handling or misuse will not be eligible for return.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund at no additional cost to you.

Once a returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. In cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, Beautybea will bear the return shipping charges. For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy.
